We, the Rawat family, warmly welcome each guest with the warmth that has always been a cornerstone of our heritage. At the forefront of our culinary journey are brothers Rajender Singh and Narendra Singh, chefs with extensive experience in the art of cooking. Chef Rajender Singh, with over 30 years of culinary practice, honors his father, the late Chattar Singh—a celebrated chef across India, Muscat, Germany, and Hong Kong from 1949 to 1994. His expertise, a legacy handed down through generations, resonates in every spice-rich bite. Chef Narendra Singh brings over 20 years of experience, contributing his own legacy of flavors and techniques. Together, they create a powerful culinary duo: Rajender refined his craft for nearly 16 years at the Kerala restaurant in Zürich, and Narendra dedicated roughly 9 years to the same esteemed establishment. The generous Ujla Devi Rawat, supported by her sons Vikash and Akash, completes our family, ensuring every visit is as delightful as the flavors of our dishes. After our days at Kerala, we are here once again in Zürich to welcome you, our esteemed guests. Our menu is a celebration of the Garhwal region's culinary treasures, from the peaks of the Himalayas right onto your plate.
